Annual Parish Meeting

The Annual Meeting of the Parish is normally held in Herstmonceux in March
Holding an Annual Parish Meeting is a requirement of the Local Goverment Act 1972.
The Parish Assembly is a perfect opportunity for members of the Parish Council, community organisations and residents to get together to present what is good and great about their parish, and discuss ideas for the future. The Annual Parish meeting is delivered in the Village Hall and offers a presentation of reports from the Parish Council, market place showcasing of activities from community groups, consultations and public forum for questions and answers.
