Annual Parish Meeting - Postponed

The Annual Meeting of the Parish is normally held on the third Monday in March

Holding an Annual Parish Meeting is a requirement of the Local Goverment Act 1972 although this requirement was waived for COVID 19 purposes in 2020.

As we are still in lockdown, the Herstmonceux Parish Council are setting up a website page to offer the parish the information that we would have done so in person and we will hold the meeting by Zoom in April.

The Parish Assembly's are a perfect opportunity for members of the Parish Council, community organisations and residents to get together to present what is good and great about their parish, and discuss ideas for the future. We hope to resume our much awaited and enjoyed Annual Parish Meetings as soon as we are able.
