A charity (Registered Charity No 1101140) providing a free community service.
The key aims are to:
• improve the lives of deaf and hard of hearing people.
• improve the quality of life for deaf, hard of hearing and deafblind people.
• promote their independence and lead more active lives within their local communities.

Hearing aid batteries, service and information at 11am at Herstmonceux Village Information Centre on 4th Friday each month.

Situated next to Herstmonceux village hall the new Eco NHS Integrative Health Centre is open to new patients.  The surgery opening hours:
Mon         8:30 -13:00 and 14:30 –extended hours 18:30 – 19:00
Tues         8.30- 13:00 Closed in the afternoon
Wed         8.30-13:00 and 14:30 -18:30
Thurs       8.30 -13:00 and 14:30-18:30
Fri             8.30-13:00 and 15:30-17:20
Nurses appointments are available 08:30 – 12:50 daily and between 15:30 and 17:50 Mon/Wed/Frid.

There is a recreation ground in Herstmonceux village, off Gardner Street.  There are facilities for bowls, cricket, skateboarding and tennis and a children's playground.  There are football pitches in the recreation ground in Lime Park.
