Fabric Workshop
Beginners and improvers particularly welcome to join the new fabric workshop classes to be held at Herstmonceux Village Hall on Wednesday afternoons 2pm-5pm starting on January 4th. A variety of topics will be covered including effective use of the sewing machine and overlocker. A range of basic skills will be taught from which you can flourish and develop your own projects. The course will particularly focus on constructional garment making skills but these skills can be adapted to any individual projects involving designing and making, working from recycled materials, making cushions, curtains and household accessories, presents for friends, fancy dress for children etc.
