Council Meetings are held at 7.30pm on the third Monday of each month in the small hall of the Village Hall.

Finance and General Purpose Committee (F&GP) meets on first Wednesday of January for the Final Estimates, June for the Final Accounts, August for consideration of grant applications and November for the Draft Estimates.
The meetings will be held at 7.30pm in the small hall of the Village Hall. Meetings in other months will be arranged as necessary.

*The January F&GP Meeting will be held on the same night as the Planning Committee Meeting - 10 January
** 7 November 2012 – the Herstmonceux Village Hall is unavailable this week due to the Herstmonceux Amateur Theatrical Society’s annual show. The Finance and General Purposes Committee Meeting scheduled for Wednesday 7 November will be held after the Planning Committee Meeting on 13 November 2012.
The Planning Committee meets on the second Tuesday of each month at 7.30pm in the lounge. Details of plans to be discussed are posted on the parish web site and on the Parish Council Notice Board in the Village Hall.
